Welcome
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next and that’s completely okay. I’m here to help guide you through those challenges with compassion, clarity, and support. Whether it’s your first time exploring therapy or you're returning after a break, you’re welcome just as you are.
I offer a free 15-minute introductory session to help you get a feel for how we might work together. This is a chance for you to ask questions, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure, just a warm, supportive space to begin.
About me
I'm a Hertfordshire-based psychotherapist, offering online and in-person sessions. My work is grounded in creating a thoughtful, comfortable, and confidential space where you can explore what’s happening in your inner world, at your own pace and in your own words.
Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working in the creative arts. That experience continues to shape how I support people, particularly around questions of identity, performance pressure/anxiety, depression, and finding one’s place in competitive environments.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic and relational, with a humanistic, person-centred influence. I see therapy as a collaborative process one where the therapeutic relationship itself can offer new ways of understanding and being.
Alongside private practice, I’ve spent the past few years working in a residential setting with people navigating addictive processes. This has deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to face change and the many ways people learn to survive pain.
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and follow their Code of Ethics. I welcome clients from all walks of life and work with sensitivity around difference, including cultural, social, and gender identity. I hold an affirming and inclusive stance on LGBTQIA+ experience.
