MAKE IT PERSONAL

HOW I WORK

I offer a relational psychodynamic approach, grounded in understanding each person’s unique experience, with influences from humanistic and person-centred therapy. Where appropriate, I also draw on DBT and CBT skills to support practical change alongside deeper reflection.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, in which the relationship between client and therapist becomes a space to explore patterns, gain insight, and discover new ways of understanding yourself and relating to others. My aim is to provide an open-minded, reflective, and supportive space where personal growth and change can emerge.
